El último viernes 10 de Octubre tuvimos algunas de nosotras una clase de quimica en ingles, sobre la Cadena Respiratoria, como tarea teniamos que escribir un párrafo sobre la teoría quimiosmótica de Mitchell.

This theory explains how the energy from electron transport is used to produce ATP. By the Proton Pump the electron transport is coupled to the transport of H+ across the inner mitocondrial membrane from the intermembrane space. This process creates an electrical gradient (more positive charges outside the membrane) and a Ph gradient (more acidic Ph outside the membrane). All this energy generated by this gradient is inaff for the synthesis of ATP.
